What is an arbitration moot?

An arbitration moot is an academic competition in which students work with a fictional commercial dispute, prepare written submissions and present oral arguments before panels acting as arbitral tribunals. Moots help participants develop legal reasoning, advocacy, procedural understanding and familiarity with international arbitration practice.

The competition will be presented as an academic environment connected to institutional arbitration practice, procedural literacy and professional exchange.
