The MIAC-CAMACOL filing process is designed to help parties and counsel prepare case information, organize relevant documents, estimate applicable costs and communicate with the Secretariat.
Before submitting a request, please prepare the information and documents necessary to identify the parties, the arbitration agreement, the dispute, the relief sought and the procedural preferences relevant to the case.

MIAC-CAMACOL Filing Platform v1
This platform prepares filing information for Secretariat review. Online document upload, payment integration and authenticated case submission may be activated in a later phase.
Select the institutional pathway that best matches the filing. The Secretariat may reclassify or request clarification after review.
After filing materials are sent to the Secretariat, the Secretariat reviews the filing, verifies the required information and payment, and may request corrections or additional materials if necessary. Once the filing is complete, the case proceeds according to the applicable MIAC-CAMACOL Rules.
