Submit a request for arbitration, emergency arbitration or appointment services through MIAC-CAMACOL's institutional filing process.

The MIAC-CAMACOL filing process is designed to help parties and counsel prepare case information, organize relevant documents, estimate applicable costs and communicate with the Secretariat.

Before submitting a request, please prepare the information and documents necessary to identify the parties, the arbitration agreement, the dispute, the relief sought and the procedural preferences relevant to the case.

This platform prepares filing information for Secretariat review. Online document upload, payment integration and authenticated case submission may be activated in a later phase.

Filing type selection

Select the institutional pathway that best matches the filing. The Secretariat may reclassify or request clarification after review.

What happens next?

After filing materials are sent to the Secretariat, the Secretariat reviews the filing, verifies the required information and payment, and may request corrections or additional materials if necessary. Once the filing is complete, the case proceeds according to the applicable MIAC-CAMACOL Rules.

The filing is reviewed for completeness.

Correction Period

If required information is missing, the Secretariat may request correction.

Case Administration

The case proceeds under the applicable Rules.

Tribunal Constitution

The arbitral tribunal is appointed or confirmed according to the applicable procedure.
